I began my Real Estate career in San Diego in January 1980 when interest rates were 17% and hard money was 22% and I'm still in the business! In the beginning I worked with a small financial consulting firm in San Diego. I handled the sale of the 1-4 units in the 1031 exchanges that the firm represented. It was the time of "Creative" financing and I had to learn a lot in order to survive in the business. In 1990 my husband and I decided to move to the Sacramento area and raise our 2 daughters in the slow paced community of Granite Bay. My husband resumed his building and I started selling his speculation homes. I also met and represented other developers and custom home builders in the sale of their homes, acreage, lots and subdivisions. I also have experience in the sale and purchase of multi family units and commercial land. Since my husband is a General Contractor, I have access to the resources needed to make your home sale or purchase less stressful and more economical. I try to limit my business to the South Placer County area where I live, so I can be easily accessible to my listings. I have lived, worked and played in the Granite Bay, Loomis, Penryn, Newcastle, Auburn, Rocklin and Roseville area.
